Ensures that we use interior field cells when applying reduction throughout PoKiTT

Switching all nebo_max/min calls to field_max/min_interior to ensure that invalid corner/ghost cells are not used to calculate temperatures. This applies the last fix to every expression rather than just the heat capacity expressions.
