Expose mixture fraction capability through expressions to calculate species compositions from mixture fraction.

  • Implement an expression that computes the species composition from the mixture fraction. This works for either unreacted or reacted (via burke-schulman) species compositions

    • Improve testing on mixture fraction a bit

    • misc. minor cleanup.

@jtm I am closing #14 (closed) with this commit, but please double check against ODT for consistency (these approaches are a bit different).
