Bug fix in the TotalInternalEnergy equation boundary condition. An inappropriate velocity was being used.

I am not sure how this will affect gold standards. Josh says that ODT does not have gold standards on the boundary condition terms? The fix should not drastically change results (though this is only conjecture and obviously dependent on the case).
