Char models

The following tests will fail due to the changes associated with this merge request:

All char tests (CHAR_1000, etc.) -- caused by fixes in Langmuir-Hinshelwood char model

All CPD tests (CPD_1000, etc.) -- caused by fixes in CPD model

All tests involving particles -- caused by fixes in CPD and Langmuir-Hinshelwood models
