Equilibrium constant is calculated incorrectly

The equilibrium constant used to calculate reverse reaction rate constants uses the mixture pressure instead of the standard state (atmospheric) pressure. The current test coverage doesn't expose this because the tests only run at standard state!

Fix the reaction rate expression to use the standard state pressure (from the mechanism input file)
Expand reaction rate tests to compare PoKiTT vs cantera at one and two atmospheres
