improve dual time ecology examples

Improvements to the writeup:

  • note that ENABLE_OUTPUT=ON is required to build
  • add command line example of running a case
  • clarify how to get the Python script to work (ExprLib data loader on path, etc.)
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
